Hey girlies :) Gosh I am so glad to be back. Starting school again and practice has been really hard! I cannot wait to reach my goal weight. In the end of December I went down all the way to 127 and after that I binged ): being on holiday was like a fast ticket to stuff my face ): I am to scared to step on the scale and see what it reads. I am startin up my diet again and am very excited. My twin is also doing it with me :) I could really use some extra support and motivation! You guys are so amazing! Think thin ladies :)

I finally feel like I'm doing good.
I'm down 2 pounds from yesterday and I've been going to the gym pretty much everyday.
All I've eaten today is a rice cake (45 cals) and I'm going to the gym tonight.

My goal is to be down to 110 by summer. This is more than realistic. But, that's just the minimum. If I can get lower, I will. I know I can do this.
My first goal is to lose ten pounds (140 lbs ... I was at 150 the other day). Wish me luck!

how is everyone ?
omg well its been snowing like mad over where i live (wales - near cardiff ) but i have still done some excrise done about 30 minuters speed walking 1 hour wii fit plus and then 30 minuters just jumping around dancing and all that so all together 2 hours plus my dad is off out tonight so i will poubs do about 2 hours speed walking and about 2-3 hours running
ok calories wise ive had 360 so im going to have some cereal later so total for today is 400 yayy and I WILL NOT BINGE
fingers crossed anyway i normally binge when my mam or dad goes out :( but i will not do it tonight
and weigh myself i losed 2 pounds yayyyy going to weigh again tonight so ill updata you later ok guyss

I told my boyfriend I wantthese legs )
and he told me that they look like a 9 year old prepubescent boy's and that I just think that's attractive because I have my head in my little world of anorexics

I just love when he says sweet stuff like that.

Ok so I tried the phytolabels, they dont work at all
and I want to try some weight loss pills but I dont know which ones work best? has anyone tried any and if so did they work ok?
I will try the phytolabels again but eh
I brought a new work out DVD today and its amazing got me sweating within like 10 minutes
I intend to do this whenever I can!
I still need a penpal or something to motivate me
I have started up a thinspo blog of my own now at home and have gone to writing messages on my hand to remind me when i go to fall. I intend to be about 100 pounds at the maximum date of june preferably before that though

only 39 pounds to go u.u

so today iv had soup and a little bit of pasta. but after work iv got hungry so am currently eatting some chips and dip, so now i think iv rurrend my day, im only 1.5 lbs of my goul weight! im a bit excited!

Hw:254 cw:170.6 gw:130 I am so fucking close to the 160's. It feels good but it scares me. If I don't weight at least 169.9 tomorrow I will have a private meltdown in my bathroom. I have a blind date this weekend and I have to look good. I've had 565cals today, all before 2pm, so I'm done. Tomorrow needs to be a 200cal day. I need to follow through. I'm pounding the green tea at work currently. Yoga tonight. I'm exhausted. Collarbone thinspo is on the agenda.

today has been an epic FAILL really really bad i must have had over 800 cals :( soo not very good AT ALL !
anywayss im looking at a max of 800 cals tommrowim going for a meal aswell so ill just get something low cals and low fat :)

Decided to go on a liquid fast today. Got all the way to 9 pm and then realized that there was leftover pizza in the fridge. Piiizzzaaa......

I ate it. >_< and then felt awful about it, and ate more. >__< Counter-intuitive, I know, but I always feel like if I'm a failure anyway, I might as well just be a total failure and let loose. And then purge. :P And up until 9 pm, all I had was a Starbucks non-fat latte! T_T AND I even went to the gym today. I was in the negatives for my calorie count!!!

Beware the dangers of leftover pizza....

So, today, yes i ate. But i did a 5 mile run, then another 5 mile walk.....then walked the gym, joined it. Then walked 6miles to the next town to meet my mate for dinner.

Tomorrow i will not leave the gym until i've burned 3000 cals.

Hey guys :)
So i chanegd my scales to lbs. I decided that i needed to find this out so i could compare with other girls and to understand them more. I'm 145 lbs. i want to be 104 lbs. But for now i will aim for 130lbs and progress from there.
Christmas was an awful time for me whenever i ate i felt awful but i felt like i had to because it was christmas, which i suppose is no excuse. But now its a whole new year, so a fresh new start.
TODAYS FOOD INTAKE:
BREAKFAST
50g cereal (200kcal)
LUNCH
1 can of pea and ham soup (222kcal)
DINNER
Weight watchers canaloni (328kcal)
SUPPER
50g cereal (200kcal)
TOTAL KCAL INTAKE: 950
I aim to eat maximum 1000 kcal per day, so i've done ok. I know it would be better if i didnt eat supper but i always want it, so i will slowly make it less and less.
If anyone read this PLEASE will you add me on msn? x_XlucieX_x@hotmail.co.uk i need an ana friend who will support me and keepme determind.

I woke up this morning feeling fat and bloated. I got oatmeal from Starbucks. Comes with brown sugar, dried fruit and almonds (each wrapped separately). I used a quarter of each and even had oatmeal leftover that I didn't eat.

I looked at old pictures and thought, "haha, I am so glad I don't have those arms anymore." Then looked at my right arm. I've lost over 10 lbs, why can't these f'n arms look better? I compare myself to these two old friends of mine, who are beautiful and skinny. I'm 113 today, still have fat, still have 36D boobs, and I look 130 compared to them. WHY??? Is my scale broken? LOL
